Our Nursery
In 1992, Turnbull Nursery Inc. opend the retail Garden Center. Since our opening day we have been ever expanding through the years, whether it be our plant selection, our buildings or our grounds.
In 2023 we opened newest retail building featuring custom woodwork, heated floors, easy access openings and a handicap accessible restroom. We also expanded our blacktopped container yard, reconfigured our container yard layout, added a pavilion and a new greenhouses to our grounds. Our parking lot was also expanded to accommodate more customers, including handicap parking right in front of the building.

Plant Warranty Information
OCTOBER 1st WARRANTY PLANTS: Any plant material which dies before October 1st in the year of which purchased will be replaced or store credit given (limited to price paid), ONE TIME, provided the plant has been properly planted and cared for and the loss is not due to weather conditions, soil conditions, animal damage, neglect or human error. We must be notified before October 1st in the year in which it was purchased. Replacement plants may not be available at all times. Credits may be used to purchase something different, but a plant purchased with a credit will not be warrantied.
NO WARRANTY PLANTS: Plants labeled as no warranty on your receipt (i.e. perennials) or purchased on sale for 20% or more discount off original price, will not be warrantied, replaced or credit given for any reason.
VOIDED WARRANTIES DUE TO SOIL AND WEATHER CONDITIONS: Any plant material which is planted in clay or heavy soils, and/or low areas where water accumulates will be voided of all warranties unless appropriate measures have been taken to amend the soil and proper planting techniques have been used. If death of plant is related to weather conditions such as excess rainfall in a period of time, extremely cold temperatures during the winter or late frost/freeze, the warranty shall be voided, We cannot control the weather any more than you can and can not be held responsible for damge of plants caused by such.
Plant material must be completely dead (no green or signs of life in trunk or stems) before a replacement/credit will be given.
All warranties are voided if a plant is returned that is not completely dead. Our liability is limited to purchase price of the plant being warrantied.

PLEASE CALL US BEFORE YOU DIG UP A PLANT FOR WARRANTY. WE WILL GIVE YOU SUGGESTIONS TO TRY IF A PLANT IS STRUGGLING. YOU MUST RETURN THE DEAD PLANT WITH THE CASH REGISTER RECEIPT FOR ALL WARRANTIES.
